We strive to offer our clients the best service possible. How do we do this? We offer the most interesting travel opportunities, place you in hotels and restaurants with character, provide personal attention to your interests and needs, and have a deep knowledge of the world that can be gained only through firsthand experiences. We also give you limitless access to a broad network of on-the-ground partners.
The final result? A trip that’s more than just a trip, it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience you and your loved ones won’t ever forget. That's our promise to you, and we look forward to upholding it.
Our planning fee
We charge a flat-rate planning fee for our expertise, access to our network of resources, and the time it takes to create a customized itinerary that reflects your dreams and desires. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs down the road; we believe in transparency and honesty with all of our clients. In return, you leave on your trip with a customized itinerary, a complete set of travel documents, country information, and packing lists.
Our planning fee is $200 - $350, depending on the destination, duration, and complexity of your trip. A 50% retainer is due at the time you secure our services. The balance is due once you receive your final travel document packet, which is usually 2–4 weeks prior to travel. Note that we charge an additional airline ticket service fee of $75 per person.
