Golden Journeys Travel LLC acts only as an agent for the various suppliers of transportation, accommodations, and any other services pertaining to a tour or travel arranged by Golden Journeys Travel LLC. 

We do not claim any responsibility or liability in any manner whatsoever. The tour and travel participants, on the behalf of him or herself (as well as on the behalf of his or her dependents, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns) heretofore agree to release and hold harmless Golden Journeys Travel LLC for any misfortune suffered. This includes (but is not limited to) delays of any kind, including delays for departures and arrivals, missed carrier connections, loss of luggage, damage or injury of any kind to both person and property, death, accidents, mechanical defects or failures, and negligence in all forms and natures that are connected to the accommodation, transportation, or other services organized by or through Golden Journeys Travel LLC. Also included are any additional expenses occurred, or any form of substitution provided for any of the above goods and services.

The rates quoted herein are based on tariffs and exchange rates current at the time of publication and are subject to changes without notice at or before the time of departure. Although changes are not anticipated, Golden Journeys Travel LLC reserves the right to make any changes with or without notice to the published itinerary and features, it being understood that any additional charges will be paid by the tour participant. Golden Journeys Travel LLC also reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any individual as a tour participant at any time. The only requirement then is that the reasonable portion of the total amount is refunded and corresponds to the uncompleted portion of the tour, which will be determined at Golden Journeys Travel LLC's sole discretion. 

Golden Journeys Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. In the event of a cancellation, any deposit will be refunded without any further liability whatsoever on the part of Golden Journeys Travel LLC.

Travelers are strongly recommended and advised to reconfirm all flights no less than 24 hours in advance of departure in the unlikely event of a schedule change or other unforeseen issues.
